Delicia Cafe

Hey guys. Today I would like to share some delicious pictures from Delicia Cafe! In my book it’s the best place for delicious home-made food in London. Forget about the diet! Come around & have a cup of tea & freshly baked cake or a great lunch.

Cafe/Restaurant Delicia located at Muswell Hill, North London – see a contact details at the bottom (Midhurst Avenue – buses 102, 234, 603, closest tube East Finchley). The owner & chef Bobo is not only a good friend of mine for over a decade, he is also an amazing human being full of energy & refined taste for food. Tired of unable to offer the very best to the costumers, while working in someone-else’s restaurants, he decided to do it better, to offer more than a meal. To offer vintage experience & home-cooked meals with a plenty of organic & veggie options. To create a place which offer both – a quiet coffee & newspaper time OR big family get together with kids busy in the safe play area.

Nice creamy hot chocolate & fresh crispy croissant for breakfast.

Home made carrot cake & a lovely cup of tea, something to make you warm & smile.

Eggs Benedict is a great idea for breakfast, brunch or even light dinner – it never can go wrong!

Delicious warm scones, rich cream & home-made strawberry jam… if you never tried you don’t know what the real pleasure is! My absolute favourite desert!

The friendly environment, of this vintage place, is full of yummy smells, positive vibes & familiar faces. Delicia was born at November 2013, as a new addition to the Muswell Hill foodie scene, it offers more than food. Today its a toddler – excited about the life, with amazing ability to make you fall in love at the first sight. This is the place where you want to stay and relax for a while. It feels like grandma’s living room: the time stops, the food taste exactly the way as you expected & an original vintage collection makes you travel in time.

A tempting menu with lots of yummy savory food options to satisfy everyone: paninis, salads, wraps & sandwiches, a tasty cooked dishes: burgers, falafel & shakshuka, a great range of cooked breakfasts – eat in OR take away. All time favourites like hot-dogs, pasta, chicken or fish goujons for your little ones.

Delicia isn’t just another café. With a large dedicated play area, plenty of space for buggies and changing facilities it is perfect for all parents and kids. A great range of toys, games and books for all ages keep the little ones busy while you can enjoy a break. Therefore its a perfect place for your kid next birthday party! Delicia team can help you organise children’s parties – offering decorations, children menu & safe plastic dishes, so don’t hesitate to contact them today & plan your next party (Call: 077 3233 3380).

Not to forget about freshly baked cakes from the local home-bakeries are offered everyday, as well as a healthy option gluten-free sweets, freshly squeezed vegetable & fruit juices.

The name Delicia is a Latin baby girl name. The meaning in Latin is: Delightful, Gives pleasure; in Spanish its Charming. In other words the Cafe Delicia is a delightful, charming place that brings you pleasure, no matter the weather! :)
